- Seminars customised for your clients at premises of your choosing (or at Joyce Property Investments premises)
- Seminars at interstate locations
- Regular communication keeping you up-to-date with new stock opportunities as they are uploaded onto our system
- A 'Real-time' online stock list & reservation system so you always know what stock is available and if you reserve an exclusive Joyce Property Investments property online you will know the property is immediately put on hold for your client. Properties that are not exclusive to Joyce Property Investments can also be reserved online but avaialability is subject to confirmation by our Investment Division
- Marketing and promotional literature for each property which can be downloaded from our website and printed out to show your clients
- Online tracking of each client's project via your own login to Joyce Online
- Contractual and construction administration by a dedicated and experienced Investment Team

| With a sizeable national operation, service delivery is critical to our success. The work flow of the Investment Division is documented and supported by a fully customised web-based system called Joyce Online. |

| Clients are given their own dedicated log-in to Joyce Online where they can keep up-to-date on their investment property. |

| Our Investment Division oversees the construction process and liaises with builders and clients. Information obtained from Builder Reports is relayed to clients via Joyce Online providing milestone dates and progress as it is achieved. |

At Joyce Online, clients can access photographs of their property as it advances through construction. Email alerts are distributed to clients each time their project file is updated with information or images. Introducing Partners are also able to monitor the progress of their client’s projects through their own Joyce Online log-in.
