Our job is to help you get the most out of your investment. We assign a personal Property Manager to every investor. Their main tasks are to ensure that you always have a quality tenant in your property to generate ongoing income; to be your main point of contact on any issue; to look after everything for you including ongoing rent reviews, tenant selection, inspections, maintenance, reporting and, where required, refurbishment.

| Your personal Property Manager is accessible both during and after business hours. We consider regular communication to be an integral part of our property management service unless you request otherwise. |

| To decrease the likelihood of late rental payments, we arrange for tenants to pay by either direct debit, EFTPOS, credit card over the phone, B-Pay or cash at any branch of Australia Post. |

| We also monitor rental payments via an auto-generated computer system that identifies arrears promptly and alerts us to any necessary action required. We take a ‘zero-tolerance’ approach to rental arrears because we know the importance of cash flow in successfully maintaining a property portfolio. |

| To ensure that you receive maximum return on your properties, we automatically build in rent reviews during and at the end of each tenancy period. |

| We can also arrange for an appraisal of your property to assess your current equity should you be looking to add to your investment holdings. |
