| Routine inspections are conducted quarterly. We provide you with a copy of each inspection report and, when possible, digital photographs of maintenance issues. Our contractors are professional and reliable and offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service. |

| Financial Reporting |

| We’ll keep you right up to date with the financial status of your investment. Every month you will receive a statement that includes full details of the income received and any expenses that have been deducted. At the end of each financial year we send you a complete summary of your total income and expenditure. |

| We also give you a password that gives you up to the minute access to your rental paid-to date and statement of income and expenditure via a secure login on our website. |

In addition to getting good rental income, we want to assist you to maintain or improve your property ensuring you achieve maximum capital growth.
