Our property inspections are more thorough than you would normally expect.
 
   
We aim to ensure that when a tenant vacates the property, there are no surprises for us or you. While some tenants may feel we are overly particular, we are serious about looking after your property and maintaining its value.
 
   
Routine inspections are conducted quarterly. We provide you with a copy of each inspection report and, when possible, digital photographs of maintenance issues. Our contractors are professional and reliable and offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service.  
   
Financial Reporting  
   
We’ll keep you right up to date with the financial status of your investment. Every month you will receive a statement that includes full details of the income received and any expenses that have been deducted. At the end of each financial year we send you a complete summary of your total income and expenditure.  
     
Your Personal Online Reports    
     
We also give you a password that gives you up to the minute access to your rental paid-to date and statement of income and expenditure via a secure login on our website.     
     
Renovations and Improvements    
     
Your property manager has your best interests at heart. In addition to getting good rental income, we want to assist you to maintain or improve your property ensuring you achieve maximum capital growth. We can arrange trades people; organise access for them; and generally provide advice on what you can do to add value to your investment.    
     
Going to Court    
     
In the unlikely event of that a dispute between a tenant and landlord cannot be resolved, we will take care of all the paperwork and represent you in Court.
