The People Behind the Company

Joyce Property Investments is wholly owned and managed by Graham and Lisa Joyce, who offer combined industry experience of more than 40 years. Graham and Lisa have brought together a highly skilled group of professionals who share a wealth of experience across all disciplines of property investment.

Graham Joyce began his career in real estate in 1981 when he joined Perth’s largest residential management company. He has played an active leadership role in the industry for many years, serving as the President of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia (REIWA) from 2000-2002 and remaining a member of the Board. Graham’s outstanding contribution to Western Australian real estate has been recognised through the 2005 Kevin Sullivan Memorial Award for individual excellence and achievement and life membership of REIWA.
 
Graham has also contributed to the real estate industry on a national level, serving as the Deputy President and Treasurer of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) during 2006. In 2007, Graham held the position of President of REIA. REIA is a politically non-aligned organisation that provides researched and well-informed advice to the Federal Government, Opposition, media, and the public on a range of issues affecting the property market.
 
Lisa Joyce began her career in property at REIWA in 1991. Lisa held the position of Deputy Public Affairs Director and was responsible for researching legislation impacting on the property industry. It was during this time that she became directly involved with the Residential Tenancies Act (landlord legislation) and the Real Estate and Business Agents Act. With more than 15 years experience in the real estate industry, Lisa is responsible for company administration and new business development.

Both Graham and Lisa personally stand behind the results and service-driven values of the company and lead their teams in continuous improvement that aims to exceed best practice. They understand their clients’ needs and the increasing demand for secure investments that offer capital growth and regular income.
